We would like to inform our passengers that from 29th January 2018, the 557
service will have a revised Monday - Friday timetable.
The revised timetable has been implemented to improve peak hour reliability and was developed using previous performance data. We hope that this will alleviate the timekeeping issues that have been causing delays to passengers journeys.

New Ticket Machines equipped with the latest technology went live across all of our buses this week. The introduction of these new machines means that we can now offer passengers a range of new features including Contactless Payment.
It is now possible to purchase any ticket up to the value of £30 via a Contactless Payment bank card on Hallmark Buses. As well as offering customers a more convenient way to pay, the new technology will speed up bus journey times because passengers will spend less time buying a ticket when they board.
The new ticket machines are also equipped with the latest in tracking and communications; In the coming weeks live real time information feeds will be reported back to our depot traffic office. This means we will be able to report delays much more accurately to customers through social media and liaise easily with drivers to identify and rectify problems much more quickly.
We hope in the near future to also be able to pass on real time information feeds directly to passengers through our website, so watch this space for further updates.
